PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT
As part of Risk Management during engineering design, we follow Hazard Analysis to specify safety risks of processes.
We take 4 steps of Identification, Eliminations, Shielding and Warning/Remediation to analyze the hazards of processes and as a systematic approach we conduct Hazard and Operability Analysis (HazOp) to identify and rank potential hazards and eliminating them, as a very important stage of design activities.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
Our team provides and manages all required services to assure equipment, materials and fabricated or manufactured components are consistently obtained at expected level of quality within the required delivery schedule.
Our services include supplier prescreening, bidding, contract or purchase order development, supplier work monitoring, quality control third party inspection management.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
​OPG Solutions provides construction services tailored to meet clients’ specific needs. Our flexible approach can accommodate requirements for a full-complement construction management team working in the field as the owner’s representative, as well as by serving owners who appoint their own resident engineer and staff to deal with the daily monitoring of contractor performance.
